What you type into a form

If you fill in a form on this site, it collects what you type: your name, your company, your email address, your phone number, your website address, and anything else you choose to tell us about your business. Formspree, a form service, delivers it to our email.

We use it to answer you and to do the work you asked about. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for their own use.

What the site counts

We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used: which pages get read, how people found us, the kind of device, and a rough location such as the town. Google Analytics does this with cookies.

It also counts when somebody taps our phone number, a text link or an email address, or sends a form. It records that it happened, never what you wrote.

To stop Google Analytics counting your visits on any website, block cookies in your browser or install Google’s Analytics opt out add on.

Who else handles it

• Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any web host, it keeps short technical records of visits, such as the internet address a request came from, to keep the site running and safe.
• Google Fonts supplies the lettering, so your browser fetches it from Google.
• Formspree delivers form messages to our email.
• Google Analytics counts visits, as described above.

How long it is kept

A message you send stays in our email as a business record. Google Analytics deletes its visit records after a set period.

Children

This site is written for business owners. It is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
